King was a 7-5 10-6 winner over Welshman Robert Weale on Thursday.
The 39-year-old Marshall, from Tranent in East Lothian, said: "It was a scratchy game - and the rink behaved completely differently from the way it did in practice."
Victory in Sunday's final - which will be shown live on BBC Two from 1410 GMT - would make Marshall the first four-time winner of the title.
"If it happens, it happens, but I'm not putting myself under any pressure. I'm just taking one game at a time."
