Carlos Boozer netted 35 points as Utah Jazz beat Houston Rockets 103-99 to win their NBA play-off series 4-3. Boozer also claimed two offensive rebounds to stave off a late Houston rally that saw them fight back from a 16-point first-half deficit.
Utah's win was the only away success by a visiting team in the whole series.
They now progress to the Western Conference semi-finals to face Golden State Warriors in a best-of-seven programme, starting in Salt Lake City.
The Jazz started the game by hitting nine of their first 10 shots and ended up making 40 of 78 field goals, including five of 11 three-pointers.
Deron Williams scored 20 points and Mehmet Okur 16, including two late three-pointers to help Utah stay ahead.
Rockets' Tracy McGrady, who scored 29 points, has now played in six play-off series during his 10-year career and won none of them.
Shane Battier, with 16 points, and Rafer Alston (11) were the only other Rockets to reach double figures.
