The Cornish Sharks will have an enforced rest this weekend after opponents the Reading Renegades forfeited their scheduled BAFL match.
The Renegades have too many injuries and are unable to muster a complete team for the trip to Newquay.
Reading were beaten 36-15 by the Sharks' South West rivals the Plymouth Admirals last Sunday.
The points from the forfeited game will keep the Sharks third in the South West Conference of BAFL Division Two.
Their next match is the first South West derby of the season, as they host the Admirals at Newquay on Sunday 15 June - a whole month on from their last match.
