Loveridge is ranked European junior Number 26

Guernsey's Alice Loveridge lost in straight sets to go out in the quarter finals of the Czech Cadet Table Tennis Open at Horonin on Sunday.

Croatian Ida Jazbec is ranked 15 places higher than Loveridge as European Junior number 11 and won in straight sets 11-9 11-8 and 11-7.

The 14-year-old finished top of her group to reach the knockout stage.

Loveridge beat Poland's Sandra Wabik and Serbian Aliz Djurcik in straight sets to reach the quarter-finals.
