Loveridge lost to the European Number 22

Guernsey's Alice Loveridge was knocked out in the group stages at the French Junior Open.

Loveridge took French number six seed Anais Leveque to a deciding set which she went on to lose 11-9.

Only 15 minutes later she was at he table against her England rival Martha Travis who dominated the game.

England coach Alex Perry said, "Alice is playing at a high level but needs to toughen up on the table and this weekend will help that the hard way."
