Guernsey's Alice Loveridge has won the under-16 girls' individual title at the British Secondary Schools' table tennis championships in Cardiff. The number one seed beat England's number one for the age group, Lucy Davidson, 3-1 in the final at the Welsh Institute for Sport. Loveridge stormed into a two game lead and held her nerve to clinch victory after Davidson claimed the third. It represented revenge for Loveridge who lost to Davidson in the team event.
