Ipswich Ladies hockey team host fellow strugglers Chelmsford on Saturday in their final English Hockey League game before the mid-season break.

The Essex club are currently bottom of the Premier League after losing all seven of their games so far.

Ipswich - who have won just once this season - know that a victory will move them seven points clear of the automatic relegation place.

Ipswich's men visit Chelmsford on Sunday in the National Conference East.

The Suffolk side will be looking for their first win in four matches at Chelmer Park.

Ipswich welcome back Josh Godfrey, Mickey Franklin and Jonny Gall who all missed last weekend's draw against Holcombe.
