Britain's men's eight have a chance to compete for the Olympic crown they won in Sydney seven years ago, after qualifying for the 2008 Games.
The men's lightweight double scull and lightweight four will join them, having reached World Championships finals.
The eight, stroked by Alastair Heathcote, finished second in their semi-final in Munich, behind Canada.
The lightweight four were fastest in their semi-final but Zac Purchase and Mark Hunter were third in the double.
The duo, who have been second-fastest in the world for much of the season had the lead at the 750m mark but were caught during the final fling.
They still move into Sunday's final but will now race in an outside lane.
"We took it on really well in the middle of the race and tried to get out of trouble," said Hunter.
"The trouble was that everyone clung on and it was man on man at the end."
Meanwhile the lightweight four put in a textbook performance to finish in 6mins 00.13secs.
"There was a feeling of relief when we crossed the line," said bowman Richard Chambers.

"Before the race I was quite nervous with Olympic qualifying riding on the result.
Saturday's finals feature the men's four, who are seeking a hat-trick of world titles, and Alan Campbell racing in the single scull.
Stephen Rowbotham and Matt Wells feature in the double scull, Colin Smith and Matt Langridge in the pair and Elise Laverick and Anna Bebington in the women's double.
