A knee injury sidelined Tresarrieu for a year in 2007 |
Peterborough Panthers are set to sign French rider Mathieu Tresarrieu. The 24-year-old has agreed terms with the Panthers and should be available for Friday's meeting at Lakeside. Tresarrieu will occupy the reserve slot, replacing the doubling-up scheme currently shared by Stoke's Klaus Jakobsen and Kings Lynn's Linus Eklof. The former Isle of Wight, Reading and Redcar rider is currently leading the French Championship, a competition he won in 2007. Meanwhile Workington's Craig Cook will remain Peterborough's number eight.
