Drury threatens Brummies changes

Birmingham Brummies

Birmingham Brummies team manager Graham Drury is considering changes to the side after a poor start to the season.

The Brummies are bottom of their group in the Premier Trophy after home defeats by Newport and Scunthorpe.

Drury said: "I don't want to go making changes, but there are riders out there who are available.

"Unless I see an increase in performance from some of the riders here then I will start looking seriously at what options I may have."

Daniel Halsey will return to the Brummies side for the Premier League Knock-Out Cup tie against Rye House at Perry Barr on Wednesday (1930 BST).

Halsey, 20, twisted his back when he crashed on his debut for the Brummies last week.
