Coventry's new signing Kennett is a Great Britain international
Coventry Bees rider Edward Kennett believes his new team will be hard to beat in the Elite League this season.
The 22-year-old has joined the Bees from Eastbourne in a transfer for which the fee is to be set by the Speedway Control Board.
Kennett told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: "As long as we can work as a team I think it'll be all good.
"There should be a good atmosphere and hopefully we'll be able to pull off some good wins."
The fee for Kennett's switch to Coventry, who has also previously ridden for Poole, will be decided at an SCB arbitration hearing in April.
The Great Britain international will officially sign his contract on Friday (20 February) and, alongside Ricky Wells and Adam Roynon, completes a trio of new faces at Brandon.
Kennett added: "There's no reason why we can't go and beat some good teams."
