Topinka top-scored with 15 points against Newcastle

The King's Lynn Stars got back to winning ways at The Norfolk Arena with their biggest win of the season.

They beat the Newcastle Diamonds 65-27 in heavy conditions as they returned to Premier League competition.

Lynn riders Tomas Topinka and Shaun Tacey were both unbeaten by opposing riders in five races each.

Kevin Doolan was only denied the same honour after falling on his first ride, but picked himself up to win his remaining three races.
