Krister Jackobsen scored 11 points but could not prevent Stoke Potters slipping to a 48-41 defeat at home to Redcar on Sunday night.

The result followed a 52-41 defeat away to Berwick on Saturday.

Potters rider Ben Barker said: "We didn't have the strength in depth to compete with them and that was the difference in the end."

Promoter John Woolridge added: "There was plemty of good racing, we just can't seem to finish the job."
