 William Dunlop won the 125cc race at Cookstown |
Martin Finnegan won the feature race at the Cookstown 100 from John Burrows and Ian Hutchinson at the Orritor circuit. Adrian Archibald won the first Open race from Raymond Porter and Burrows. Ian Hutchinson, who had led for nine laps, collided with Finnegan late on.
Hutchinson won the 600cc race, Davy Morgan took the 250cc honours and Michael Dunlop, on his road race debut, won the Junior Support event.
William Dunlop was the 125 winner from Nigel Moore and Robert Dunlop.
Michael Dunlop was fourth in that race.
