McWilliams appears to have at least three options for 2005 |
Jeremy McWilliams has been offered the chance to ride for the Roberts KTM team in the 2005 MotoGP series. The Glengormley rider has also been made an offer by the Aprilia team which he competed for this year and will test both machines in Spain next week.
KTM are entering the championships for the first time but McWilliams has previously worked with Kenny Roberts as a member of the Proton KR team.
McWilliams has also been offered a British Superbike ride on a Honda.
The MonsterMob team hope to lure McWilliams to compete alongside his fellow-Ulsterman Michael Laverty in next year's British Superbike series.
Team owner Paul Bird claimed earlier this week that he had made McWilliams an offer "he couldn't refuse".
Monstermob have signed up with Honda for next year's British Superbikes season, ending a four-year association with Ducati.
Last month, McWilliams, now in the veteran stage at 40, said that he would be keen to continue with the Italian MotoGP outfit.
This year he finished 19th in the MotoGP Championship having secured 26 points.
