Martin is still searching for his first TT victory on the Isle of Man |
Guy Martin admits he has a lot to learn ahead of this year's TT after his latest test with new team Relentless Suzuki by TAS Racing in Spain. Martin is currently in Cartagena with fellow TAS riders Josh Brookes and Alastair Seeley. "We made the usual load of little changes that you do at this time of year, and they are starting to make a big difference," said Martin. The Lincolnshire rider will remain in Spain for testing all weekend. "I've got a lot to learn yet, but I'm looking forward to the year ahead with the team and the final three days of this test will give us a good starting point." Team Manager Philip Neill added: "It's been a long hard off-season, but now everything is in place and it's great to get on track with the boys." The 28-year-old from Kirmington is considered to be one of the most highly regarded road racers in the world. Martin has won at the Ulster Grand Prix but has still to top the podium at the North West 200 and the Isle of Man TT.
