Plymouth Devils suffered their third defeat of the National League season on Monday, losing 53-43 at Scunthorpe. Despite strong performances from Seemond Stephens (15 points) and Mark Simmonds (14), the Devils fell short of claiming a much-needed win. Reserve David Gough was the next highest scorer for the visitors, contributing five points. The defeat sees Plymouth drop down to eighth in the National League, with six points from six games.
