Malcolm Vasey replaced John Woolridge as Stoke Potters manager |
Stoke Potters lost 60-35 to King's Lynn in the Premier League, although Stoke manager Malcolm Vasey said the final result was harsh on his team. "It was a battling performance from the lads," said Vasey after the defeat at the Norfolk Arena. "Unfortunately riders like Ricky Wells did not score as many points as their riding perhaps deserved." Guest rider Cory Gathercole [12] and Adam Roynon [11] were the main points scorers for the Potters. "Adam had his best meeting for us so far, Cory rode his socks off for us and I feel there was some respectability in our performance tonight," added Vasey.
