Holder has ridden for Isle of Wight and Newport as well as Stoke |
Somerset Rebels have signed Australian rider James Holder as a replacement for Tommy Allen, who remains sidelined with a knee injury. The 24-year-old, who was released by Stoke Potters earlier this season, says he is delighted with the move. "I am really wrapped about joining Somerset, it's a club that I have always wanted to ride for," he said. Holder, who first came to the UK in 2008, makes his debut at Highbridge on Friday against Sheffield.
