David Knight demolishes field to win Tough One enduro

David Knight
Knight is a double GNCC and World Enduro champion

David Knight dominated the Tough One extreme enduro on Sunday, to record his first international victory since retuning to KTM.

Knight lapped everyone in his race except for Tom Sagar to record a massive winning margin at the event in Oswestry, Shropshire.

The 32-year-old said: "Winning here is a great way to start my year."

The Manx rider's next event will be the opening round of the 2010 British Enduro Championship on 26 February.

Knight continued: "Every other year I've won this event I've gone on to win either a World Enduro Championship or US GNCC title, so let's hope the same happens this year."

The Manx rider has returned to KTM following a hugely frustrating season on both BMW and Kawasaki bikes.
