Bournemouth secured a healthy advantage over Plymouth Devils in the first leg of the National League play-off final on Wednesday. The result in Dorset means the Devils will have to overturn a 28-point deficit in the second leg at the St Boniface Arena on Friday. The Devils were hampered by an injury to guest rider Craig Cook, who had to pull out of the tie after two races. Kyle Hughes top scored for the Devils with 11 points from five rides.
