Somerset Rebels have had Steve Johnston and Emil Kramer selected for the prestigious Premier League Riders' Championship in Sheffield.

The Rebels are one of only two clubs to have two riders at the meeting which sees the top 16 league riders compete.

Johnston and Kramer will fly the flag for Somerset as the riders all compete against one another as they try to make it to the winner-takes-all Grand Final.

The event takes place on Sunday, 27 September at Owlerton Stadium.

The Rebels are currently lying fifth in the league with four matches left to make it into a top-four play off spot.
