Redcar Bears can avenge their 64-26 defeat by Newcastle Diamonds in Thursday's sixth Tyne-Tees derby of the season at South Tees Motorsport Park. Brian Havelock's Bears have won three of the last five derbies and come into the meeting with two wins in their last three rides. Diamonds have struggled away from Newcastle Stadium, failing to win a single meeting on opposition tracks. They come into the meeting off the back of a 52-43 home defeat of Scunthorpe.
