Birmingham Brummies failed to move to the top of the Elite League after defeat on Wednesday evening. The Brummies lost 46-44 to Glasgow Tigers, who started the meeting bottom of the table. Glasgow won the final heat to clinch the points, condemning Birmingham to their first defeat of the season at Perry Barr. The Brummies stay second in the table, three points behind King's Lynn, while Glasgow jump two places into twelfth.
