Top road racers from across the British Isles will contest next week's Southern 100 road races on the Isle of Man. Welshman Ian Lougher, last year's solo champion, will come up against in-form Northern Ireland riders Michael Dunlop, Ryan Farquhar and John Burrows. William Dunlop, Adrian McFarland and Davy Morgan also travel to the island. Conor Cummins, who took two podium finishes in the TT races, heads the Manx challenge and Guy Martin rides for Hydrex Honda at the Castletown circuit. Carl Rennie and Ian Armstrong are also among the visiting English contingent and former British 125cc champion Chris Palmer hopes for more success on his local course. Practice for the races begins on Monday 13 July, with racing on 14, 15 and 16 July.
