Birmingham's much-improved form will come under close scrutiny against a dangerous Redcar Bears line-up at Perry Barr on Wednesday night. The Brummies victory at Scunthorpe on Friday underlined their resurgence since a poor Premier Trophy campaign. "Things are going well for us as a team and we're all doing a good job," said Birmingham skipper Jason Lyons. "The fans were brilliant up at Scunthorpe and hopefully they'll turn out in force for this one." Former world champion Gary Havelock is part of an experienced Redcar line-up that also includes veterans Carl Stonehewer and Robbie Kessler. They also field Wolves asset Ty Proctor, who is considerably more comfortable at Premier League level.
