Piotr Swiderski top scored for the Witches with 10

Ipswich Witches suffered their heaviest defeat of the Elite League season at Swindon Robins on Thursday.

The Suffolk side managed to win just two of the 15 heats as they went down 64-28 in what was their fourth consecutive loss.

After losing the first four heats 5-1 Ipswich failed to win a race until heat eight when Leigh Lanham held off the challenge of Ryan Fisher.

The Witches next meeting is at home to Belle Vue on 11 June.
