Smith suffered a horrific crash at the start of the season

Kozza Smith is available for selection for the King's Lynn Stars' Premier League double-header with Redcar Bears.

The 21-year-old Australian has already missed most of the season through injury and he injured a hip riding for Ipswich on Monday.

Stars team manager Rob Lyon says he is pleased Smith had made the decision to declare himself fit.

"Kozza feels like he's capable and able to do it, we have to go with that and hopefully he'll be OK," he said.

The Stars travel to Redcar in the Premier League on Thursday night, then welcome the Bears back to the Norfolk Arena the following evening.
