Northern Ireland's Adam Carroll scored points in the first GP2 race of the weekend in Turkey on Saturday. The Super Nova driver finished seventh as Alex Premat took victory from Carroll's team-mate Giorgio Pantano.
Borja Garcia completed the podium after pole-position man Nico Rosberg finished last, two laps down.
Title-rival Heikki Kovalainen finished pointless in 10th, leaving his championship advantage at five points.
