Bodman attended the Great Britain Under-23s training camp

Guernsey's Erica Bodman has returned from her latest training camp with the Great Britain Under-23s rowing team.

The former former Island Games high-jump gold medallist changed to rowing after injury ended her jumping career.

Her latest time with Team GB came at a training camp in France, where temperatures dropped to -9 degrees.

"It was really tough, the river froze over for the whole time we were in France so there was no water time for us," she told BBC Guernsey.

"But we were on rowing machines for the whole time instead which more than made up for it.

"It went really well," she added.
