Corinthians twice came from behind to beat Douglas Royal 3-2 and lift the Isle of Man Women's Floodlit Cup at the National Sports Centre on Sunday.
The sides could not be separated after 90 minutes and it took a 30-yard strike from Jade Burden to seal a dramatic extra-time victory.
Manager Jason Corkill said: "We went into the match as the underdogs but thoroughly deserved the victory."
Douglas currently lead Corinthians in the league by just one point.
On Sunday, Bekki Cole gave Royal a first-minute lead before Jade Burden pulled Corinthians level on 20 minutes.
Douglas then retook the lead straight from the kick off through Donna Shimmin to lead 2-1 at half-time.
In the second-half, Corinthians captain Sarah O'Reilly netted to draw the sides level and force extra-time.
In extra-time, Burden's strike earned Corinthians the first major trophy of the women's season.
