Plymouth Argyle Ladies have strolled through to the semi-finals of the Devon Women's Cup with a comprehensive 18-0 win over Plainmoor Ladies.

Argyle, who are the current Cup holders, dominated their lower league opponents throughout the game.

There were seven goals in the first-half, five of which came courtesy of Tash Knapman.

After the break it was more of the same with both Rhianne Parsons and Rachel Javan scoring hat-tricks.

The other scorers were Becky Rose, Sophie Drake (2), Aoife Aherne, Jamie Schofield, Kate Hine and an own goal from Plainmoor.

Argyle ladies return to South West Combination League action next Sunday with an away fixture against Forest Green Rovers.
