Plymouth Argyle Ladies are through to the quarter-finals of the Devon Women's Cup following a comfortable 5-0 win over Bideford on Sunday.
Argyle, who are the current Cup holders, took control of the game from the outset, dominating their opponents.
Becky Rose was on target twice for Plymouth, with Aoife Aherne, Tash Knapman and new striker Rachel Javan also finding the net.
Plymouth will now face Torquay Ladies away in the last eight.
