Emma Whitter and Becky Jane hit two goals apiece as Chelsea continued their fine run of form late in the season.
In their last away game of the campaign, Blues took a 25th-minute lead through Whitter and doubled their advantage when Laura Cooper struck 13 minutes later.
Whitter added her second goal - and her fourth in five games - four minutes into the second half.
Jane then hit the net in the 51st and 83rd minutes, those efforts sandwiching a 77th-minute Forest penalty scored by Catherine Lawson.
Doncaster Rovers Belles 3-1 Birmingham City
Former Birmingham player Precious Hamilton hit the victory clincher in a game edged from the early stages by Donny.
Emma Johnson gave the home side a third-minute lead that was added to by Rachel Williams eight minutes after the interval.
Jo Potter pulled a goal back for Blues in the 71st minute, but two minutes later Hamilton put the result beyond doubt.
Bristol Academy 3-1 Blackburn Rovers
Striker Connie Short, 17, scored on her debut to help Bristol end a run of 12 games without a win.
Academy went in front through a 16th-minute lob by Gwennan Harries, who then provided the cross for Short to score her 57th-minute debut goal.
Substitute Kerry Bartlett headed home Justine Lorton's 76th-minute cross to ensure victory for the home side.
And it was not until stoppage time that Rovers claimed their consolation goal, Lynda Shepherd heading in from a Natalie Preston corner.
