Bowditch arrived on a free transfer from Ipswich Town
New Yeovil signing Dean Bowditch is due to have hospital scan on Monday on his injured shoulder.
The 23-year-old striker's suspected dislocated shoulder had popped back in but club are keen to assess any damage experienced to the surrounding muscles.
Bowditch, a new arrival from Ipswich Town, broke the deadlock against Tranmere Rovers on Saturday after a first-half header.
Town won 2-0, with Gavin Tomlinson's penalty confirming the victory.
