Slade's success at Yeovil has attracted the interest of other clubs |
Yeovil Town manager Russell Slade is set to hold talks with the club's board this week over a new contract. Slade joined Yeovil in June 2006 and guided the Glovers to the League One play-offs last season.
And chairman John Fry has already rebuffed approaches from Carlisle and Millwall for his manager this season.
"The board and I have always been behind Russell as we bid to maintain stability and move this club into the Championship," Fry said in a statement.
Slade has previously managed Notts County, Scarborough and Grimsby.
