Alan Bennett joins Wycombe Wanderers from Brentford
Bennett has struggled to hold down a starting place at Brentford this term
Brentford central defender Alan Bennett has joined Wycombe Wanderers on a one-month loan.
The 28-year-old started his career with his hometown club Cork City and moved to Reading under Steve Coppell before loans at Southampton and Brentford.
He lead the Bees to promotion from League Two last term but has not started a League One game for Andy Scott's men in three months.
He made just 16 appearances for the London side this season.
