Brunt returns to Albion after success with Northern Ireland
West Bromwich Albion winger Chris Brunt thinks they can still avoid relegation from the Premier League, but concedes there is little room for manoeuvre.
The Baggies are seven points adrift of the safety zone with eight games to go, starting with Stoke City on Saturday.
"We possibly haven't got the points we deserve this season but we've got to get on with it," Brunt told BBC WM.
"We've got eight Cup Finals coming up starting on Saturday - it might give us the kick-start we need."
West Brom have only recorded two victories in their last 25 meetings with Stoke, but they must overcome their bogey team at the Hawthorns to realistically keep their survival hopes alive.
"Last year we went there and lost, and earlier in the season we did okay against them and conceded late on," noted the Northern Ireland international.
"I think everybody's aware of the position, we need to drag ourselves out of the relegation zone and it's a big gap at the minute."
Baggies boss Tony Mowbray believes his side need to win all four remaining home games against Stoke, Sunderland, Liverpool and Wigan, and snatch at least one win away from home - at one of Portsmouth, Manchester City, Tottenham and Blackburn.
