Scott Loach has now made 70 first-team appearances for Watford
Watford keeper Scott Loach has signed a contract extension, tieing him to Vicarage Road until 2013.
The England Under-21 international, who established himself as the Horns' first choice last season, has not missed a league game since November 2008.
The Nottingham-born keeper, 21, had not made his league debut when he joined Watford from Lincoln in August 2006.
But he cut his teeth out on loan at Stafford Rangers, Morecambe and Bradford City in the 2007-08 season.
After initially replacing the injured Mart Poom early last season, he fought off the challenge from Richard Lee to become the Horns' No 1.
And his form was good enough to earn him a call-up by Stuart Pearce for England Under-21 duty.
After making his debut against Ecuador in Malaga a year ago, he ended the season as stand-in for the suspended Joe Hart, keeping goal in the 4-0 European Under-21 Championship final defeat by Germany.
