Walsall sign Carlisle's Marc Antoine Gbarssin on loan
Gbarssin extended his deal at Carlisle United in January
Walsall have signed midfielder Marc Antoine Gbarssin on loan from Carlisle until the end of April.
The 26-year-old Frenchman began his career at Bordeaux and joined Royal Antwerp in Belgium in 2007, before moving to Carlisle in December 2010.
Saddlers boss Dean Smith told the club website: "I have a contact in Belgium who made me aware of him when he was at Antwerp and I've kept tabs on him.
"He is a ball-winning midfielder with real physical presence."
In January, Gbarssin extended his deal at Carlisle United until the end of the season.
