Wolverhampton Wanderers David Davis agrees Walsall loan
Walsall have taken the young Wolves midfielder David Davis on an initial month-long loan deal.
The 19-year-old is a product of the Saddlers' centre of excellence and made the move to Molineux in 2009.
"David is an energetic midfielder with bags of potential and we're grateful to Mick McCarthy for allowing him to join us," said Walsall boss Chris Hutchings.
The Smethwick-born youngster has a further Saddlers connection as elder brother Dion Scott played for the club.
Subject to Premier League clearance David will be eligible to make his debut for Walsall at Rochdale on Saturday.
The club are also taking a look at former Birmingham, Charlton and Hull midfielder Bryan Hughes.
He is training with the Bescot Stadium outfit for two weeks after being released from the KC Stadium this summer.
