Zaaboub spent two seasons with Swindon

Walsall have signed Sofiane Zaaboub on a free transfer from Swindon, making him the fourth new player to arrive at the League One club this week.

The left-footed midfielder, 25, joined Swindon in November 2006 but was out of contract this summer.

Walsall manager Jimmy Mullen said: "Sofiane is another proven player at this level.

"He is at the right age, has an excellent pedigree and I am sure will prove to be a valuable squad member."
