AFC Wimbledon boss Terry Brown has been named Blue Square Premier manager of the month, with Dons keeper Seb Brown winning the December player award.
The 20-year-old keeper played in the Dons' four wins and one draw - only conceding once - as they rose to fifth.
Stalybridge's Steve Burr and Chelmsford boss Glenn Pennyfather won the Blue Square North and South manager awards.
Redditch's Andy Ducros and Newport's Charlie Henry won the player awards for those respective divisions.
