Tranmere Rovers boss Les Parry offers six new deals

Welsh has made 50 appearances for Tranmere since signing from Hull

Tranmere Rovers boss Les Parry has offered new contracts to six current players including Craig Curran and former Liverpool midfielder John Welsh.

Zoumana Bakayogo, Ryan Fraughan and Marlon Broomes have been offered 12-month deals while Jack Mackreth has received a first professional contract.

Parry also confirmed Bas Savage, Chris Shuker and Gareth Edds will not be kept on at Prenton Park.

Charlie Barnett, Josh Macauley and Kithson Bain will also leave the club.

West Brom's Luke Daniels, Man City's Shaleum Logan and Northampton Town's Chris McCready are also set to leave Prenton Park, after completing their loan spells at Tranmere.

Parry told the club website: "We've targeted areas we feel we need to improve and we will be working hard over the summer to bring the players we want to the club."
