Kee has played for Northern Ireland at Under-19 and Under-21 level

Torquay have signed Leicester City striker Billy Kee on a two-year deal.

The 19-year-old was a hit at fellow League Two club Accrington Stanley last season, where he scored nine goals in 22 appearances on loan.

Gulls boss Paul Buckle said: "Billy epitomises everything we try and do at Torquay United. He is hard working and has an excellent attitude."

Kee was part of the Stanley team which beat Torquay 4-2 at the Crown Ground last December.

Torquay have also secured a further two-year deal with out-of-contract defender Lathaniel Rowe-Turner who moved to Plainmoor from Leicester in the January transfer window.

Buckle said: "Billy knows Lathaniel well and he will fit in perfectly with the rest of the squad we have here."
