Poke has re-joined the Gulls for the entire season

Torquay United have signed Southampton goalkeeper Michael Poke on a season-long loan.

The 22-year-old shot stopper played four games for the Gulls last season on loan from the Championship side.

He made his first start since returning to the club in Saturday's 1-1 pre-season draw with League One side Bristol Rovers.

Poke is also in the squad for Torquay's opening Errea Challenge Cup match against Bideford on Tuesday night.
