Head of player development at Swindon Town Dave Byrne has said he wants to return to coaching and management after leaving the club by mutual consent.
The 49-year-old held a number of positions during his time with the Robins, including caretaker manager, assistant manager and head of youth.
Byrne told the club's website: "I am excited about the prospect of returning to a management and coaching role.
"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here," he added.
"It is a club that I have a great affection for and in many ways I am sad to leave."
