Kennedy made his full debut against Carlisle in December 2008
Swindon youngster Callum Kennedy hopes his performance against Walsall will increase his chances of getting a starting spot in the first team.
The 20-year-old left-back came on as a substitute and played his part in a good second-half display.
"With a squad like we've got there's talent all the way through," Kennedy told BBC Wiltshire.
"But you have got to take your chance when you get one and that's all I can do right now."
Kennedy has come through the youth set-up at Swindon and has made five first-team appearances this season including the dramatic Carling Cup exit to Wolves on penalties.
He signed a contract extension back in February of this year which will keep him at the County Ground until the summer of 2010.
