Swindon boss Maurice Malpas says there is a chance injured striker Lee Peacock could be fit for the new season.
Malpas told BBC Radio Swindon that the club are being cautious with Peacock's Achilles injury in the hope that he could be ready.
"It's important now he gets time on the training ground and then match time. Lee will just do one session a day.
"Hopefully he can be involved in some part [in the first league fixture] against Tranmere," said Malpas.
Swindon are hoping the majority of their injured players will be available for the start of the League One campaign.
