The County Ground will host the FA Cup holders

Swindon's players have been told to learn as much as they can from playing Portsmouth in a pre-season friendly.

The FA Cup winners will send a strong team, including England striker Peter Crouch, to Wiltshire on Friday night.

After three games in Austria, Town manager Maurice Malpas told BBC Radio Swindon he is keen his team makes the most of the fixture.

"It'll be good to judge ourselves against a top side. It's a benefit to the team and important to the players."
